About the position

The Cloud and Network Automation Specialist role focuses on supporting the Branch Network infrastructure, including various devices and systems. This position requires strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose issues effectively. The role also involves documentation and collaboration with server and cloud teams, as well as scripting to automate administrative tasks. The position is hybrid, allowing for both onsite and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Network including switches, APC UPS, Velo cloud devices, Rhombus Camera, and HS54 smart PDUs.
• Troubleshoot, analyze data, and complete diagnosis of network issues.
• Document issues in ServiceNow and maintain general documentation in Confluence.
• Cross-train with server and cloud teams to enhance skills and responsibilities.
• Develop scripting solutions to automate administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 1-5+ years of troubleshooting and break-fix analysis experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Schneider UPS, DNS, DHCP, Arista Switches, Linux Servers, NTP, and Rhombus Camera.
• Knowledge of Arista Cloud Vision.
