About the position

The Cloud Architect position focuses on designing and operating large-scale Kubernetes environments, emphasizing automation and cloud infrastructure provisioning. The role requires a deep understanding of cloud services and concepts, particularly in AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with hands-on experience in Kubernetes management and control plane operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale the Kubernetes platform.
• Manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters and control plane operations.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective solution delivery using DevOps and GitOps practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cloud architecture and Kubernetes management.
• Deep understanding of cloud concepts and services, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at scale and control plane operations.
• Knowledge of security concepts, including zero-trust design principles.
• Experience with SRE/Resiliency concepts such as fault domain design and fault isolation.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang programming languages.
• Experience with Cross-Plane and CRDs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with containerization and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps and GitOps methodologies.
