About the position

The Cloud Architect position at Optimized Technical Solutions is a full-time remote role focused on designing and architecting cloud-native services and infrastructure. The role requires a TC/SCI Clearance and involves ensuring the security, availability, and resilience of web-facing cloud applications while adhering to DOD security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect cloud native services and infrastructure.
• Host, monitor, secure, and maintain web-facing cloud native applications.
• Enable services to support access via DOD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) CAC Authentication.
• Ensure services are highly available and resilient.
• Configure cloud services to be secure in accordance with the DOD Security Requirements Guide (SRG).

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge in designing and architecting cloud native services and infrastructure.
• Experience in hosting, monitoring, securing, and maintaining web-facing cloud native applications.
• Familiarity with IDM, LDAP, and DNS.
