Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions for cloud infrastructure.
  • Automate the provisioning of cloud resources using infrastructure as code tools.
  • Design and implement APIs for cloud services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards in cloud environments.
  • Utilize containerization technologies to improve deployment processes.
  • Participate in the development of software releases and updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering and building software solutions.
  • 1+ year of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • 1+ year of experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including bash.
  • Experience designing and automating the provisioning of cloud resources using tools like Terraform, Vault, and Secrets Manager.
  • Familiarity with platform as a service technologies, including Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of network technologies, including DNS, load balancing, and TLS.
  • Secret clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Directive IAT Level II 8570 or 8140 Series Certification within 30 days of hire.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience writing applications in Go.
  • Familiarity with Crossplane.
  • Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience configuring Windows environments.
  • Proficiency with Git and GitLab.
