About the position

The Senior Cloud Architecture Developer role focuses on enhancing DevSecOps practices through development and automation. The position involves creating repeatable and efficient tasks across various environments using infrastructure as code, scripting, and application development. The successful candidate will contribute to the cloud service broker team, ensuring compliance with standards and security while expanding cloud capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions and APIs.
• Automate the provisioning of cloud resources using infrastructure as code tools.
• Design and implement cloud capabilities in compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance DevSecOps practices.
• Utilize containerization technologies such as Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in engineering and building software solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• 3+ years of experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including bash.
• 1+ years of experience with Azure.
• Experience with Terraform, Vault, and Secrets Manager for automating cloud resources.
• Knowledge of network technologies including DNS, load balancing, and TLS.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Directive IAT Level II 8570 or 8140 Series Certification within 30 days of hire.
