About the position

The Cloud Automation Developer Intern will be part of the S&P Global Technology's Cloud & Infrastructure team, focusing on the design and development of automations and software programs that facilitate the adoption of multi-cloud service offerings. This role is ideal for undergraduate students looking to gain hands-on experience in cloud technologies and automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional infrastructure teams and business divisions to identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Create and manage blueprints, templates and configuration in automated provisioning platforms.
• Design and develop automation workflows to improve infrastructure automation.
• Develop and maintain scripts in Puppet, Ansible, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell or Bash.

Requirements

• Fully matriculated undergraduate students with an anticipated graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
• Knowledge of development using one or more of the following languages: Puppet, Ansible, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell or Bash.
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate within a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts.
