Responsibilities

• Manage team and service delivery for engagements.
• Perform the role of counselor and coach, providing guidance in staffing processes.
• Participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
• Evaluate business needs and liaise with key business partners.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in project planning, identifying milestones and resource requirements.
• Generate design, development, and test plans, along with functional specifications documents.
• Use an analytical, data-driven approach to understand business changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience in consulting and/or industry.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on data analytics and reporting.
• 6+ years of experience managing large scale cloud data modernization projects.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• 8+ years of experience in SQL, data transformations, and statistical analysis across multiple Database Platforms.
• 8+ years of experience in designing and building data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, SQL, or Kafka.
• Experience designing solutions utilizing various Cloud services.

Nice-to-haves

• AWS, Azure, Google, Snowflake, and/or Databricks Certification.
• Master's degree or higher.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Scala, PySpark, or Python.
• Experience with agile development methodologies like Sprint and Scrum.
