Wells Fargo is seeking a Cloud Data Platform Product Management - Lead Data Management Analyst within the Data Management & Insight (DMI) team. This position is pivotal in leading and delivering functionality within our Enterprise Cloud Data Platforms team, acting as an Agile Product Owner. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting the data product vision and strategy, engaging with partners and users to refine requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage the backlog of scrum teams. This role is essential in ensuring alignment with the data transformation journey at Wells Fargo. In this critical role, the analyst will engage and communicate regularly with various program leaders, including internal IT development teams, Engineering Managers, Designers, and Internal Audit and Controls. The analyst will serve as the key point of contact to orchestrate, communicate, and organize work efforts associated with delivering specific data management capabilities on the Cloud. Responsibilities include ensuring that end-to-end requirements are gathered and well-understood from various partner groups, which may include Wells Fargo Technology (WFT), Data Management & Insights (DMI), Lines of Business (LOBs), and Enterprise Architecture. The analyst will partner with these groups to build a roadmap for the data products, identifying various personas and corresponding user journey maps, and translating these into tangible requirements and EPICs. The role involves authoring requirements, epics, user stories, tasks, and timelines that align with user, customer, and market needs, ensuring that stories meet the "definition of ready" criteria. The analyst will co-lead sprint team ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning sessions, and work with the team to decompose stories into development tasks. Prioritizing the work for 2-3 agile IT development teams is crucial, balancing non-functional and functional improvements, required upgrades, and bug fixes. The analyst will negotiate and prioritize items in the Product Backlog that address technical, financial, and operational risks, accelerate team learning, achieve expected outcomes, and optimize the value of the work performed. Identifying risks, dependencies, and issues early and actively seeking mitigations is also a key responsibility. The analyst will ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery and will be accountable for the stability of owned products and capabilities, ensuring that quantifiable and qualitative benefits are identified and committed by business partners.
