About the position

The Cloud DevOps Engineer at Mass General Brigham will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's digital health capabilities by leveraging cloud technologies. This position involves collaborating with various teams to optimize cloud services, ensuring operational excellence, and driving innovation in healthcare delivery. The engineer will be responsible for managing DevOps engineers, implementing monitoring standards, and evaluating new tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit high-level end-to-end understanding of web application design, construction, deployment, and delivery.
  • Create and define monitoring operational standards with configurations.
  • Evaluate new tools and technology to improve product speed, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Plan, build, and configure test solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or greater in Computer Science or a related discipline or 10 years related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience converting business requirements into workable solutions as a software developer.
  • 5+ years of programming proficiency with many languages.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical projects, or technical components of enterprise projects.
  • ITIL Certification a strong plus.
  • DevOps Certification(s).
