About the position

Forhyre is seeking an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to manage development teams and provide oversight in developing critical tools and networking/cloud capabilities for clients. This role involves applying DevOps techniques to emerging cloud technologies and designing cybersecurity defenses in a cloud environment. As a technical leader, the engineer will tackle the challenges of modern computing and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Manage development teams to develop critical tools and networking/cloud capabilities.
• Apply DevOps techniques to emerging cloud technology.
• Design cybersecurity defenses for cloud environments.
• Provide experienced oversight to development processes.
• Work collaboratively with the team to address complex computing and cybersecurity challenges.

Requirements

• Experience with Cloud-native architectures and Zero Trust.
• Experience with commercial Cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes, including maintaining unclassified and classified networks.
• Knowledge of identity management.
• Top Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with government Cloud.
• Knowledge of Hardware in the Loop.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• BA or BS degree.
