About the position

The Cloud DevOps Lead position is a senior role focused on overseeing and enhancing the DevOps practices within the organization. This role requires extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, configuration management, and CI/CD workflows, with a strong emphasis on leadership and mentorship in a diverse, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DevOps engineering teams to ensure effective implementation of cloud solutions.
• Oversee infrastructure and configuration management using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitLab, and CircleCI.
• Ensure security and networking best practices are followed in cloud environments.
• Mentor and guide team members in DevOps practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficient in cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and workflows.
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Bash, and SQL.
