We are looking for self-starters who can work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of handling individual assignments. The role emphasizes customer mission delivery, integrity, and effective communication. In this position, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining cloud solutions, ensuring the integrity and security of systems, and supporting automation development. You will work with various programming languages, including Bash, PowerShell, and Python, and maintain knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and tuning cloud systems for optimal performance, collaborating with teams and external customer groups to develop strategies, and advising implementation teams during infrastructure buildouts. You will handle escalations, make assessments, and provide solutions to resolve issues, as well as write and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge articles. This role is ideal for individuals who possess cloud experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to execute in large environments. Flexibility and a passion for tackling challenges are essential, as is a desire to be part of a large team that is building and sustaining a multi-tenant cloud platform. Responsibilities

  • Deploys and maintains cloud solutions

  • Supports and develops automation

  • Maintains/enhances knowledge of related cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP / OCI)
  • Monitors and tunes the cloud systems to achieve optimum performance levels
  • Works across teams and external customer groups to develop strategy and design solutions
  • Advises implementation teams during infrastructure buildouts
  • Handles escalations and provides solutions to resolve issues
  • Writes and maintains standard operating procedures and work instructions

Requirements

  • Experience with Cloud Computing - AWS / Azure / GCP / OCI
  • Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
  • Technical Skills: Linux, Windows Server
  • Excellent communication skills with experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences
