The work: Collaborate within a project team to solve complex problems, create scripts and templates for automatic provisioning of resources, enjoy learning new technologies quickly, design and deploy Cloud services in a high-performance production environment, and have the ability to work independently on project tasks. You will be involved in a workstream(s) where you were an active contributor and can talk to the progress.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a project team to solve complex problems.
  • Create scripts and templates for automatic provisioning of resources.
  • Design and deploy Cloud services in a high-performance production environment.
  • Work independently on project tasks.
  • Contribute actively in workstream(s) and discuss progress.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years overall experience.
  • Experience working with databases, compute, storage, and networks on one or more of the following platforms: AWS.
  • 6 years of experience developing comprehensive and innovative technical solutions with at least 2 years in an AWS cloud development environment.
  • Experience architecting and migrating on-premises applications into a cloud platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
  • Top Secret requirement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Worked on or implemented a Cloud migration project.
  • Hands-on experience performing a Cloud Modernization project.
  • Obtained relevant Cloud certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner.
  • Worked with container and serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, S3 buckets).
  • Exposure to DevOps Methodologies by using orchestration tools (e.g., Chef, Ansible, etc.).
