About the position

The Cloud Developer position at ManpowerGroup involves working within the Engineering Department to support the Cloud Operations team. The role focuses on developing and automating cloud services, ensuring infrastructure resiliency, and collaborating with product management and operations in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop CI/CD pipelines for cloud platform, virtual machine images, and containers.
• Automate cloud services provisioning with integrated IAM, network, and security policies as code.
• Implement resiliency and observability within infrastructure automation for IaaS and PaaS services.
• Develop and maintain a cloud services catalog for app developers and DevOps teams.
• Collaborate with technical product management and operations to deliver the engineering roadmap in an Agile model.

Requirements

• Experience with infra-automation tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform, Packer, and Bash.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud (certification preferred); AWS and GCP desirable.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, including subnets, routing, load balancing, and security.
• Minimum of a 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of Cloud Automation Engineer experience, preferably in an enterprise-scale environment.
