As a member of the EPC development team, you will be building the next generation distributed data storage and processing systems that can outperform specialized SQL query engines in relational query performance, yet provide the programming abstractions to support diverse workloads ranging from ETL to data consumption across various analytical models. Your role as a Cloud Developer Engineer will involve designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining automated business intelligence products using Alteryx/Tableau. You will rapidly design, develop, and implement reporting applications that embed KPI metrics and actionable insights into the operational, tactical, and strategic activities of key business functions. Knowledge of Qualtrics is a plus. You will possess a robust technical background in Databricks, enabling you to guide teams through complex technical challenges. A good understanding of GitLab, CI/CD Pipeline, and DevOps is essential. You will utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks for Data Pipeline development, and write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, support, and maintain automated business intelligence products using Alteryx/Tableau.
  • Rapidly design, develop, and implement reporting applications that embed KPI metrics and actionable insights.
  • Guide teams through complex technical challenges using Databricks.
  • Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks for Data Pipeline development.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Build process flows using Alteryx, Cloudera, and Tableau.
  • Implement data workflows and transformations using AWS resources.

Requirements

  • Experience in data cleansing, data blending, data validation, data transformation, and data normalization using Alteryx Designer.
  • Experience with Alteryx tool installation, upgrades, and creating a highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure.
  • Experience in AWS resources for building data workflows and transformations using AWS Glue, EKS, S3, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL, and Key/Value databases.
  • Familiarity with Agile Framework and Scrum methodology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Qualtrics is a plus.
