About the position
The Cloud Developer - II position at Intelliswift Software Inc. involves designing, developing, and implementing high-quality cloud technology solutions to meet business needs. The role requires extensive experience in cloud-native application development, particularly using Java and AWS services, and focuses on creating and maintaining web applications while ensuring best practices in coding methodologies and testing.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a suite of web applications.
- Implement and maintain Java-based components and interfaces.
- Support the development and deployment of serverless applications using AWS services.
- Create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform scripts.
- Assist with setting up CI/CD pipelines and release management using Gitlab.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in designing and implementing technology solutions using cloud technology.
- Proven experience in designing and building cloud-native Java applications.
- Hands-on experience with Java EE platforms and RESTful web services.
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design using design patterns.
- At least 5 years of AWS cloud experience with proficiency in services like S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, and SQS.
- Experience in developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
- Proficient in JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, and NoSQL databases, preferably DynamoDB.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools, particularly Gitlab.
