About the position

The Cloud Developer III (Specialist) at Hewlett Packard Enterprise is responsible for building innovative cloud-based solutions to meet the needs of mission-critical applications. This role involves collaborating with project managers and development partners to ensure effective delivery and support of cloud engagements, while also providing business value expertise to enhance HPE's Cloud Services portfolio. The position requires a strong technical background and the ability to solve complex problems through innovative thinking and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Build innovative cloud-based solutions for mission-critical applications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and development partners for effective delivery and support of cloud engagements.
  • Provide business value expertise to enhance HPE's Cloud Services portfolio.
  • Engineer new ideas and methods for solving, prototyping, designing, and implementing cloud-based solutions.
  • Act as project lead and assist lower-level professionals as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Cloud Development and Support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Architectures and Cross Domain Knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of Design Thinking and Development Fundamentals.
  • Experience with DevOps and Distributed Computing.
  • Fluency in Microservices and Full Stack Development.
  • Knowledge of Release Management and Security-First Mindset.
  • Understanding of User Experience (UX).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with advanced cloud technologies and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
