About the position

As a Cloud Developer at Booz Allen, you will leverage your expertise in cloud architecture to create and enhance cloud-based solutions for law enforcement clients. Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-based solutions to support law enforcement operations.
• Support application teams in enhancing a large cloud-based application.
• Inform strategy and design for cloud migration processes.
• Recommend tools and solutions based on current environment research.
• Lead a team to overcome challenges in cloud technology implementation.
• Broaden skill set in technologies like Terraform and Elasticsearch.

Requirements

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including bash.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Experience designing and automating cloud resources using infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Vault.
• Knowledge of platform as a service technologies, including Kubernetes.
• Understanding of network technologies, including DNS, load balancing, and TLS.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in enterprise cloud-native solutions, or 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with continuous automation across multiple technical stacks.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues for GitLab CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with Git or GitLab.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Master's degree.
