About the position

The Cloud Developer role focuses on designing and implementing advanced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) monitoring strategies within data centers, leveraging cloud technologies. The position requires a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in cloud architecture and DevOps practices, particularly in AWS and Google Cloud Platform environments. The role involves architecting robust cloud infrastructure solutions, developing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of cloud and data center operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced IGA monitoring strategies within data centers using cloud technologies.
  • Architect robust cloud infrastructure solutions and on-premises data center monitoring systems.
  • Develop comprehensive monitoring strategies for both physical and virtual infrastructures.
  • Select and implement suitable infrastructure monitoring tools to track key metrics and KPIs.
  • Innovate and enhance CI/CD pipeline strategies, integrating IGA SaaS capabilities.
  • Assess and optimize resource management practices for cloud and data center environments.
  • Collaborate with development, IGA, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize deployments.
  • Lead the design and migration of SAP strategies to the cloud, ensuring high performance and security.
  • Design and implement CI/CD/CT processes using standardized frameworks and tools.
  • Evaluate and streamline CI/CD/CT practices across multiple projects.
  • Establish a continuous build environment to accelerate software development and deployment.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot technical operations related to CI/CD/CT.
  • Work closely with customer CI/CD teams to define and improve processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on effective collaboration and problem resolution.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines using various tools such as Azure ADO, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins.
  • Manage containerization tools and services like Kubernetes and EKS.
  • Utilize multi-account architecture tools including AWS Control Tower and GuardRails.
  • Mentor and coach developers on best practices for building secure and scalable applications.
  • Design, develop, implement, and support applications using three-tier architecture and microservices.
  • Apply principles of software architecture, including RESTful API design.
  • Define, optimize, document, and support CI/CD pipelines while integrating new automation technologies.
  • Implement DevOps best practices and document them for team reference.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
  • Maintain high software engineering standards for security and reliability.

Requirements

  • A technical degree is required; a Master's in Computer Science is preferred.
  • Over 15 years of relevant experience in SQL/NoSQL and DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Experience with tools like SailPoint or Saviynt is a plus.
  • Experience working with the SAFe methodology is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Some experience coding in Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or C#.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools.
  • Experience with the SAFe methodology.
  • Broad technology expertise in cloud architecture, cloud migrations, application development, networking, security, storage, DevOps, containers, serverless computing, CI/CD, management and monitoring, analytics, or machine learning.
