About the position

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Deliver solutions within a DevOps environment with a focus on automation of testing and deployment.
- Select and apply appropriate design patterns and frameworks based on business needs and delivery priorities.
- Write code and automated unit test cases, and participate in design and code reviews.
- Produce effort estimates for assigned work and learn the existing Legacy Java application.
- Follow Agile development processes and deliver production-grade code with excellent quality.
- Oversee one Cloud Developer.
Requirements
- Experience in developing high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
- Experience in implementing effective unit testing practices to ensure code design, readability, and reliability.
