Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Deliver solutions within a DevOps environment with a focus on automation of testing and deployment.
• Select and apply appropriate design patterns and frameworks based on business needs and delivery priorities.
• Write code and automated unit test cases, participating in design and code reviews.
• Produce effort estimates for assigned work and learn the existing Legacy Java application.
• Follow Agile development processes and deliver production-grade code with high quality.
• Oversee one Cloud Developer and may telecommute.

Requirements

• Proficiency in industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools for software development.
• Experience in delivering high-quality software solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• Experience in implementing unit testing practices to ensure code reliability and readability.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and contact center technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
