Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's Azure-centric cloud infrastructure.
  • Drive excellence and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure.
  • Engage in hands-on architecture, security, and performance optimization.
  • Manage team leadership, capacity planning, and OKRs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a leadership and management position with significant Azure experience.
  • Mastery of Azure cloud platform and associated cloud-native tooling (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor).
  • Deep understanding of Azure networking concepts and security best practices.
  • Experience with ITIL4-centric incident management processes in Azure environments.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery and resiliency patterns using Azure services.
  • Expertise in monitoring and logging tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Azure-related certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
  • Experience building high-performing teams focused on Azure technologies.
