About the position

The Cloud Engineer position is a 6-month contract role focused on onboarding customers to major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. The role involves addressing customer inquiries and issues related to cloud services, ensuring effective use of cloud technologies, and collaborating with the cloud services team to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• On-boarding customers to AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform
• Working on customer tickets involving different services of AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform
• Assisting cloud services customers on issues and inquiries; working with the cloud services team.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) utilizing native infrastructure services such as IAM, Organizations, Landing Zones, and others
• Experience with cloud security compliance
• Experience with cloud networking services/technologies
• Knowledge of cloud high availability and redundant services/technologies.
