About the position

The Cloud Infrastructure Pursuit Executive at Oracle is responsible for driving long-term revenue growth through strategic customer transformation commitments involving Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure. This role focuses on establishing relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic goals, and orchestrating Oracle resources to deliver value-based solutions. The executive will lead sales and engineering teams, negotiate large transactions, and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Oracle's long-term revenue growth through strategic customer transformation commitments.
  • Establish relationships with Oracle's most valuable clients to deliver exceptional service and customer value.
  • Understand customers' strategic goals and leverage Oracle's solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with C-level executives to understand their technology roadmap and business issues.
  • Identify, develop, and close large strategic deals supporting customers' journey to the cloud.
  • Serve as a high-integrity representative of Oracle, sharing the company's story compellingly.
  • Establish internal credibility as a client advocate across Oracle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent presentation skills for C-level engagements.
  • Creative deal-making skills with a history of closing mega deals.
  • Robust experience in cloud technology adopted by large enterprises, with knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions as a bonus.
  • Track record of exceptional revenue goal achievement, preferably in cloud solutions.
  • Direct knowledge of top cloud providers and their business models, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Ability to collaborate inclusively with colleagues across the organization to win deals.
  • Strong focus on execution and the ability to manage selling opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business and technology thought leadership to collaborate with development, marketing, and field sales teams.
  • Enthusiastic and motivational individual capable of inspiring customers and internal teams.
