About the position

The IT Project Lead at HTC Global Services is responsible for leading and executing complex technical projects, particularly in data center operations and migrations to AWS cloud services. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered successfully within scope, schedule, and budget while championing Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex technical projects related to data center operations and migrations to AWS cloud services.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a well-defined product backlog and ensure timely delivery of prioritized features.
• Monitor project deliverables and milestones to ensure they are met according to the project plan.
• Work closely with internal and external vendors to meet operational requirements.
• Champion Agile principles and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and track security exemption requests.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in IT project management in large data center environments.
• 6 years of understanding technical aspects of projects within an Agile context and data flows in an enterprise.
• 6 years of solid working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Project.
• 6 years of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 6 years of experience in monitoring project deliverables and milestones.
• 5 years of experience in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• 5 years of experience with IT procurements, budget, forecasts, and analysis.
• 5 years of experience migrating on-premise data centers to Cloud Services (AWS preferred).
• 5 years of expert-level planning, documenting, and identifying project goals and tasks.
• 5 years of experience in communicating with stakeholders to eliminate blockers and risks.

Nice-to-haves

• 3 years of experience with senior level leadership reporting and communication.
• 2 years of experience using Remedy, ITSM, PPM, Archer, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• 2 years of experience preparing and tracking security exemption requests.
