About the position

The IT Project Lead at HTC Global Services is responsible for leading and executing complex technical projects, particularly in data center operations and migrations to AWS cloud services. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile principles, exceptional project management skills, and effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex technical projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects by monitoring deliverables and milestones.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a well-defined product backlog and ensure timely delivery of prioritized features.
• Work closely with internal and external vendors to meet operational requirements.
• Champion Agile principles and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and track security exemption requests.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in IT project management in large data center environments.
• 6 years of understanding technical aspects of projects within an Agile context.
• 6 years of solid working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Project.
• 6 years of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 6 years of experience in monitoring project deliverables and milestones.
• 5 years of experience defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• 5 years of experience with IT procurements, budget, forecasts, and analysis.
• 5 years of experience migrating on-premise data centers to Cloud Services (AWS preferred).
• 5 years of expert-level planning, documenting, and identifying project goals and tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• 3 years of experience with senior level leadership reporting and communication.
• 2 years of experience using Remedy, ITSM, PPM, Archer, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• 2 years of experience preparing and tracking security exemption requests.
