About the position
The Cloud Migration Specialist at Proton Technologies, Inc. is responsible for engineering, configuring, and deploying cloud-based solutions for customers, including Office 365 email and Azure. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth transition to cloud services and involves various technical tasks related to user data migration and system upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Performing desktop preparation as needed to allow smooth transition to Azure AD (Entra)
- Migrate user data to new user profiles
- Prepare and organize 365 user groups
- Upgrade computers as needed
- Update DNS/DHCP services
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft 365 - Entra ID and Intune required
- Azure and O365 migration experience
- Experience with Active Directory sync to Azure Active Directory
- Strong communication skills and organization skills
Nice-to-haves
- SharePoint migration tool experience preferred
- Experience with Windows Servers and Google Cloud consoles preferred
