Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud-native (serverless) applications and back-end services using AWS infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain cloud-native solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate with AWS services and monitor application performance.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and security of cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Create applications independently, rather than just maintaining existing ones.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building cloud-native applications with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in developing cloud-native applications using services such as cloud functions and NoSQL data stores.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as TypeScript or Python.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud-native development.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Nice-to-haves

• AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solution Architect (Associate or Professional).
