About the position

The Cloud Platform Engineer will assist application teams in their cloud journey by automating infrastructure provisioning and providing guidance. This role requires a strong understanding of AWS to troubleshoot issues effectively and support teams in leveraging cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Help application teams in their cloud journey by automating infrastructure provisioning and providing guidance.
• Quickly troubleshoot issues for the team using AWS.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on AWS experience
• Deployment and troubleshooting experience with AWS EKS, Lambda, VPC, Security Groups, EC2, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM & KMS, Route 53, MSK, S3, Glue, and observability concepts
• Proficiency in scripting and CLI, CloudFormation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Terraform
• Development experience
• Familiarity with JIRA and Scrum methodologies
