About the position

The Cloud QA Analyst will be responsible for testing complex applications and developing automated tests while demonstrating ownership of all features based on business requirements. This role involves collaborating with the QA team and developers to develop and execute test strategies and plans. The analyst will focus on Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Data Driven Development (DDD) test automation for both on-premises applications and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, including systems such as Workday HCM, Oracle Financials, SAP, and Salesforce. In this position, the analyst will test end-to-end business processes, including the Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report (RTR). Responsibilities also include scripting and executing tests for back-end testing, which encompasses ETL processes, data warehousing, databases, and APIs. The role requires testing cloud infrastructure components such as instances, load balancers, gateways, and security domains by implementing various testing and reporting tools, including TOSCA, qTest, and NeoLoad. The Cloud QA Analyst will also be tasked with expanding the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline by integrating TOSCA and qTest with GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker. Maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and Defect Tracking Matrices (DTMs) by integrating JIRA with qTest is another critical responsibility. The analyst will implement LiveCompare, integrate SAP transports, instances, and test repositories to build workflows for impact analysis, and set up service virtualization and distribution agents for TOSCA test case execution.

Responsibilities

• Test complex applications and develop automated tests based on business requirements.
• Develop and execute test strategies and plans with the QA team and developers.
• Maintain Behavior Driven (BDD) and Data Driven (DDD) test automation for on-prem and SaaS applications.
• Test end-to-end business processes such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report (RTR).
• Script and execute tests for back-end testing including ETL, warehousing, databases, and APIs.
• Test cloud infrastructure components such as instances, load balancers, gateways, and security domains.
• Implement TOSCA, qTest, NeoLoad, and other testing and reporting tools.
• Expand CI/CD pipeline by integrating TOSCA and qTest with GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Maintain RTMs and DTMs by integrating JIRA with qTest.
• Implement LiveCompare and integrate SAP transports, instances, and test repositories for impact analysis.
• Set up service virtualization and distribution agents for TOSCA test case execution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration - Information Technology or equivalent.
