About the position

The Cloud Security Engineer role focuses on ensuring the security of cloud environments, particularly in Azure, while also facilitating the migration of production systems between public cloud platforms. This position requires a strong background in cloud security practices and experience with various cloud technologies, particularly Kubernetes and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security of cloud environments, particularly Azure.
• Migrate production systems from one public cloud to another, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform to Azure.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters securely.
• Utilize CI/CD practices to enhance deployment processes.
• Work with tools such as ArgoCD, Terraform, Atlantis, and Vault to manage cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with leading public cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Azure.
• Experience in migrating production systems between public clouds.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience migrating from Google Cloud Platform to Azure is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms is a plus.
