About the position

The Cloud Software Developer (The Cloud Creator) role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based software solutions that enhance performance and deliver exceptional user experiences. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications leveraging cloud services and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable and resilient cloud-native applications using microservices and serverless architectures.
• Work closely with architects and product teams to create design specifications and technical documentation.
• Implement cloud services, such as databases, authentication, and storage solutions, to enhance application functionality.
• Create and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Integrate security best practices into the software development process, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
• Utilize monitoring tools to track application performance and resource utilization, implementing changes to optimize performance.
• Stay updated on advancements in cloud development, containerization, and orchestration technologies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a strong understanding of cloud-native services.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of designing and implementing microservices and serverless architectures.
• Experience with creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance standards, such as GDPR or HIPAA.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and developing microservices.
