About the position

Mount Indie is looking for a Cloud Software Developer to support the Army Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The role involves developing and maintaining cloud applications and services, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and scalable. The developer will work within Agile and DevSecOps frameworks, focusing on the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for existing full stack and new cloud applications for AvMC G6.
• Develop and implement enterprise and Directorate-level applications, including complete life cycle support.
• Modify and maintain legacy systems, migrating them to cloud-enabled deployments.
• Design applications that are reliable, efficient, and scalable.
• Utilize Agile and DevSecOps processes for application development.
• Write, test, execute, and maintain application source code.
• Adhere to Configuration and Change Management policies and software development standards.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and DISA STIGs.
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications, including design and coding standards.
• Support Human Center Design initiatives to update legacy applications' UI/UX.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, HTML5, CSS3, Razor Pages, JavaScript, Bootstrap, ClosedXML, Responsive Web Design (Angular), AJAX, JSON, LINQ, SQL, and DB schema design.
• Experience using Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and TFS development tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Active Security+CE certification.
• U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for applications and databases.
