About the position

ManTech is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Cloud Software Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD. This role involves working with cloud computing platforms and developing full-stack web applications that interface with AWS services. The position requires a focus on product security, integration, and optimization within the AWS platform, as well as troubleshooting and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer/maintain product security, integration and optimization within AWS platform.
• Holistic troubleshooting from app layer to framework.
• Encompass Tiers 1 and 2 duties, as well as provide Tier 3 (expert) resolution and engineering tasks.
• Supports day-to-day Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Commercial Cloud.

Requirements

• A minimum of one (1) year experience programming with at least one (1) objective-oriented language such as Java, Python, C++, or Go within the last three (3) years.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing applications in a Windows or UNIX/Linux operating environment.
• Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
• Must be a US Citizen.
