As a Cloud Solutions Architect at NAVA Software Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in defining and communicating the cloud strategy for the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to establish cloud readiness criteria and assist various teams in mapping, transforming, and migrating products to the most suitable cloud architecture. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud design patterns and principles, as well as the ability to identify and implement top cloud architecture solutions that align with the strategic needs of the company. In this role, you will drive the creation of cloud migration and transformation strategies, developing infrastructure roadmaps that encompass application, information, business, and technology landscapes. You will be responsible for designing secure cloud application environments and enhancing cloud platforms, ensuring that all solutions adhere to established standards, guidelines, and security protocols. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing pilots and proof of concepts (POCs) for proposed solutions, making recommendations for approvals, and documenting best practices. You will also create the necessary capabilities to utilize automation practices for initializing, provisioning, and optimizing systems, facilitating infrastructure orchestration that embraces self-service and autonomy. Identifying and analyzing architecture gaps to propose new technologies will be a key aspect of your role, as will the implementation of cloud service models and application delivery methods such as PaaS, serverless, and containerization infrastructure. Collaboration will be essential, as you will partner with development teams, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to deliver and maintain a robust cloud platform. You will ensure that systems and applications have efficient monitoring aligned with business goals, and engage with external vendors to review solutions and new capabilities.
