About the position

The Cloud Success Manager at Insight Enterprises is responsible for ensuring clients successfully adopt and expand their use of cloud solutions. This role acts as the 'voice of the customer', providing strategic guidance and support to help clients achieve their business outcomes through effective use of XaaS solutions. The Cloud Success Manager will monitor client usage, identify roadblocks, and recommend consulting and managed services, while collaborating with both clients and internal teams to drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide post-sales strategic guidance and recommend additional initiatives to improve the client's technology experience.
  • Develop and provide customized actionable recommendations to increase adoption and work closely with Insight resources to provide specific help to clients.
  • Act as the 'voice of the customer' by introducing client stakeholders to Insight's team and conducting monthly or quarterly business reviews.
  • Help improve the Cloud Success Management Team processes and capabilities.
  • Ensure clients are properly on-boarded and derive maximum value from their investment in Insight.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate advantageous adoption of solutions.
  • Analyze consumption and usage data to assist clients with understanding their cloud spend.
  • Understand Insight's offerings, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant technical discipline from an accredited university.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing positions (professional services, technical support, program manager, or similar role focused on client success preferred).
  • 2+ years of technical experience with Public Cloud, Software as a Service, Data Center, or Network technology.
  • Experience with understanding and explaining cloud costs.
  • Experience using a public cloud cost management tool (e.g., Azure Cost Manager, CloudCheckR, CloudSphere).
  • Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
