About the position

The Cloud Support Engineer role is a client support position focused on resolving service requests, developing automation, and optimizing processes. The engineer will work closely with a team of elite engineers to enhance their skills and contribute to customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to incident management and a commitment to continuous learning in the cloud industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve escalated incidents, service requests, and engineering assignments
  • Respond to client incidents in a timely manner
  • Identify and develop solutions for trends and patterns in incidents
  • Collaborate amongst the team during critical events
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients
  • Build automation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Azure cloud administration experience
  • 3+ years of incident management experience
  • 3+ years of system administration and networking experience
  • Identity/access management experience
  • Github experience
  • Terraform experience
  • Ticketing system experience
  • Linux/Windows server experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasker
  • Self-starter
  • Team player
