About the position

The Cloud Technical Project Manager will oversee large-scale technical projects within the Clients' Cloud organization, ensuring effective management of cross-functional teams. This role requires a clear understanding of both business process and cloud technical requirements, as well as the ability to communicate project status and manage risks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams within the Clients' Cloud organization.
• Capture business process requirements and cloud technical requirements.
• Plan, monitor, and control project performance.
• Assist PMO Directors in implementing portfolio, program, and project management best practices.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks timely to all stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and managers.
• Manage Change Control, Issues, and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, including Operations, Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams for efficient project delivery.
• Evolve Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement.

Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of work experience in project management.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Change Control, Project Management, Risk Management, and Business Process.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Cloud Management and Cloud Technology.
• Strong skills in Stakeholder Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
