As a Cloud Video Sales Engineer at Motorola Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering elite technical expertise and solutions to our customers in the public safety and enterprise security sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the sales team and channel partners to address complex challenges faced by our clients in protecting their people, property, and business interests. This position requires a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies, including edge-based neural networks and advanced public safety and physical security solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the solutions we provide empower our customers to perform at their best in critical moments. In this role, you will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, providing technical solutions expertise that drives positive outcomes. You will have the opportunity to captivate audiences through world-class product demonstrations and compelling presentations tailored to both C-Level executives and frontline decision-makers. Your responsibilities will also include providing design consultation, which encompasses quoting, system design, best practice architectures, and compliance vetting. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners will be essential, as you will act as a conduit for feedback to various internal teams, including product management and marketing. Additionally, you will be expected to create valuable collateral such as training materials and technical documentation, while proactively seeking training opportunities to stay current on Motorola Solutions products and industry trends. This position covers the US South territory, and you will be expected to travel over 50% of the time to meet with clients and partners.
