About the position

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a dedicated Club Concierge Agent who embodies a passion for excellence and enthusiasm in every interaction. This role is pivotal in shaping the guest experience, as the Club Concierge Agent will welcome Members and residential guests, showcasing the unique offerings of Hualalai. The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating and adapting to the needs and inquiries of our Members and residential guests, ensuring that every interaction is handled with the utmost hospitality and professionalism. This includes accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, and assisting with inquiries related to resort services, events, and local attractions. In this role, the Club Concierge Agent will register and provide services for Members and guests, including setting up temporary accounts, issuing guest cards, and providing property orientation. The agent will also manage packages, faxes, messages, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate processing. A key aspect of the position involves maintaining up-to-date information on local attractions, activities, and vendor relationships to facilitate reservations and transportation for guests. The agent will utilize various software programs for accurate registration and special arrangements, while also ensuring that common areas, including the Club Concierge, are kept clean and tidy. The Club Concierge Agent will perform additional tasks as assigned by the Club Management team and must comply with all Four Seasons guidelines, policies, and procedures. This position requires a commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome Members and residential guests to Hualalai with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Anticipate and adapt to the needs and inquiries of Members and residential guests.
  • Handle all interactions with the highest level of hospitality, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Resolve Member and residential guest complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist Members with inquiries related to resort services, hours of operations, and in-house events.
  • Register and provide services for Members and guests, including setting up temporary accounts and issuing guest cards.
  • Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely.
  • Maintain updated collateral and information for local vendors, restaurants, and attractions.
  • Establish close relationships with local vendors to provide information and reservations for guests.
  • Utilize software programs to input registration and special arrangements accurately.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the Club Concierge and common areas at all times.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Club Management team.

Requirements

  • Legal work authorization in the United States is required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a luxury environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Good computer skills with the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of the local area is preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
