The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops is dedicated to providing world-class customer service to guests while promoting the benefits of being a CLUB Member. This role requires the outfitter to be a product expert, executing various CLUB processes such as acquiring and activating new members, driving CLUB sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The outfitter will proactively greet customers, presenting them with opportunities to join the CLUB or providing current members with exclusive experiences. In addition to customer interaction, the outfitter is responsible for executing all operational and compliance programs related to the CLUB. This includes demonstrating products, maintaining knowledge of advertised sales, and meeting specific metric goals and objectives for both personal performance and the store. The outfitter will also ensure that CLUB inventory is accurate and that the CLUB Booth is kept clean and organized. The role involves providing a full CLUB Member experience, which includes processing payments, answering account questions, and handling applications. Daily feedback and reports must be provided in a timely and accurate manner. The outfitter will also engage in peer coaching, recognition, and support, acting as a CLUB advocate and representative. Additionally, the outfitter may be required to provide service to various areas of the store based on business needs, and will perform other duties as assigned.
