About the position

The Club Manager at Anytime Fitness is responsible for providing a world-class experience to all customers, ensuring high levels of customer service, and managing the financial profiles of members. This role requires strong leadership and social skills, as well as a commitment to personal and team growth within a dynamic fitness environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial profiles for members and promote the club's financial growth.
  • Directly responsible for membership sales and finding and contacting prospects.
  • Maintain the integrity of the facility and advise on equipment needs and purchases.
  • Provide excellent customer service through regular engagement with members.
  • Make decisions regarding customer feedback and membership requests.
  • Build and maintain business relationships within the community and attend local events.
  • Exemplify the Anytime Fitness brand and work towards personal and team improvement.
  • Supervise 2-5 employees indirectly, planning and directing their work.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication skills and must be coachable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for health and fitness.
  • Understanding of team cohesion and the ability to build relationships with customers.

Nice-to-haves
