About the position
The position involves directing the management team in all Facility operations, ensuring asset protection, inventory control, and member service. The role requires ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, communicating effectively with management and associates, and driving membership and sales growth by building relationships with business members. The individual will oversee financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with legal policies. Additionally, the role includes community outreach, member service supervision, and the development of management and hourly associates. The position emphasizes leadership expectations such as respect for individuals, integrity, customer service, and striving for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Direct management team in all Facility operations
- Ensure asset protection and inventory control
- Drive membership and sales growth
- Build relationships with Business Members and potential Members
- Motivate the Membership Sales Team
- Ensure appropriate service levels and effective merchandise presentation
- Drive financial performance of the Facility
- Create and implement plans to improve financial performance
- Oversee compliance with Company and legal policies
- Initiate and participate in community outreach programs
- Provide direction on member service approaches and techniques
- Supervise and develop management and hourly associates
- Recruit qualified Associates to meet staffing needs
- Uphold the Company's Open Door Policy
- Oversee execution of food safety standards and quality assurance reviews
Requirements
- 3 years of management experience
