Responsibilities

  • Direct management team in all Facility operations
  • Ensure asset protection and inventory control
  • Drive membership and sales growth
  • Build relationships with Business Members and potential Members
  • Motivate the Membership Sales Team
  • Ensure appropriate service levels and effective merchandise presentation
  • Drive financial performance of the Facility
  • Create and implement plans to improve financial performance
  • Oversee compliance with Company and legal policies
  • Initiate and participate in community outreach programs
  • Provide direction on member service approaches and techniques
  • Supervise and develop management and hourly associates
  • Recruit qualified Associates to meet staffing needs
  • Uphold the Company's Open Door Policy
  • Oversee execution of food safety standards and quality assurance reviews

Requirements

  • 3 years of management experience
