About the position

The Fitness Club Sales Manager at Club Studio is responsible for leading a team to achieve sales goals while providing exceptional member experiences. This role involves hiring, training, and mentoring staff, as well as engaging in community outreach and managing club operations to ensure profitability and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has a strong sales background, and is committed to fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Find, hire, and train a top talented team that understands how to sell fitness.
  • Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company sales expectations.
  • Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club by collaborating with all managers and team members.
  • Proficiently sell fitness and multiple modalities of studio classes.
  • Ensure that your team can effectively communicate studio concepts.
  • Engage in community outreach and assist the studio director in planning in-studio events.
  • Conduct daily 15-minute morning meetings with management to discuss outstanding items and plan strategies.
  • Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same.
  • Create a positive and safe teamwork environment.
  • Take responsibility for all club needs and step in to help as necessary.
  • Understand and respect the definition of management as attaining predetermined goals through voluntary cooperation and effort of others.
  • Eager to continue learning about management skills development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years management or leadership experience in the fitness industry.
  • Experience in fitness-related sales.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 45-50 hours per week, including Saturdays until 1pm.
  • Experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and quick problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about growing a career in fitness and health.

  • Ability to relocate to Dallas, TX 75248 before starting work (Preferred)
