The Clubhouse Monitor at Domain Apartments is responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the clubhouse environment. This part-time role requires attention to detail and the ability to enforce rules and regulations while providing a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the clubhouse is properly closed and secured after operating hours.
- Communicate and enforce clubhouse rules and regulations to ensure compliance among residents and visitors.
- Keep the clubhouse clean and organized by promptly addressing any messes, emptying trash receptacles, straightening furniture, and performing routine vacuuming.
