About the position

We are seeking a visionary and analytical Cluster Director of Finance to join our team in Egypt, United States. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the financial operations and strategy for a cluster of our business units, driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's long-term goals and objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals across multiple locations within the cluster
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the cluster
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making at the executive level
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and risk management processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
  • Collaborate with other department heads to optimize financial performance and support business growth
  • Present financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Proven track record of managing finance teams across multiple locations or business units
  • Advanced skills in financial management, analysis, and strategic planning
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
  • In-depth knowledge of international financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Experience in risk management and implementing financial controls
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as required within the cluster
