About the position

The CMDB Administrator-Project Lead position at FAAZ involves operationalizing and administering the existing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. The role requires the candidate to act as a subject matter expert, coordinating and training technical resources, and leading several ServiceNow projects. The position is focused on enhancing the efficiency of IT service delivery through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Function as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and lead various ServiceNow projects.
• Operationalize and administer the existing CMDB.
• Coordinate and train technical resources to resolve conflicts and issues in the CMDB.
• Finalize the rollout of Resource Manager, including building complex reports and dashboards.
• Create an assessment of needs for the existing CMDB.
• Develop a project plan to operationalize the existing CMDB.
• Draft the CMDB Process Plan and Resource Manager Dashboard.
• Plan and lead daily/weekly project meetings and send out meeting notes within 24 hours.
• Report roadblocks to the supervisor during project meetings.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Strong understanding of CMDB processes and administration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
