About the position

The ServiceNow CMDB Architect is responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. This role involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code, leading validation for testing, and supporting implementation and transition activities. The position emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of learning, where diversity is respected and valued.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts for the ServiceNow platform.
• Deliver high-quality code deliverables for assigned modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty phases.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow consultants to develop solutions and manage configuration changes.
• Analyze customer problems and participate in discussions to gather data and document requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 7 years of experience with ITIL/ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and IRE.

Nice-to-haves

• Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow modules and integration hub.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third-party applications.
• Experience customizing ServiceNow applications and facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules.
• Solution design experience in Service Assurance platforms for global telecom operators.
• Exposure to the Telecom domain.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs in ServiceNow.
• Good experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools.
