About the position

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team in Brighton, MI. The role involves programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), conducting product layouts, and ensuring the accuracy of measurements through various inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blueprint reading and experience with Zeiss Calypso programming.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct product layouts, capability studies, and first piece inspections.
• Organize master samples, laboratory equipment, and equipment records.
• Maintain general cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in an applicable field or equivalent job experience.
• Basic knowledge of blueprint reading, Zeiss Calypso, and/or PCDMIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to problem solve using basic math, algebra, and trigonometry skills.
