The position involves conducting business requirements reviews and independently formulating logical statements of business requirements. The individual may participate in joint application development sessions and is responsible for analyzing and revising existing system logic difficulties. Suggestions for problem solutions or software enhancements may also be made. The role requires partnering with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software, and may involve performing as a business analyst. Additionally, the position provides ongoing operational and technical support for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) application and offers technical oversight of applicable reporting systems and processes. Responsibilities include continuous improvement and development, data query and validation, reporting functions, technical writing including procedures and workflows, and operational training on applications associated with CMMS operations. The individual will routinely interact and collaborate with multiple departments including Clinical Engineering, Plant Operations, Culinary, various IT departments, project management, and operations personnel in support of the CMMS technology and data management. Close collaboration with leadership is essential to ensure continuous improvement and innovation to maximize utilization of system capabilities.
